Premise Alert Program
The Premise Alert Program Act (PAP) was passed in August of 2008. Residents with special needs or disabilities can fill out a PAP Form. Information is then entered into the DuComm CAD Database to be used by fire and police personnel. The information provided will be kept confidential and used only to provide police, fire, and EMS personnel with the information needed to deal with situations or emergencies involving a special needs person.
